That's Crafty! Acrylic Liquid Wax.
Liquid Wax can be used on paper, card, wood, MDF & canvas. It gives a finish that looks like beeswax when dry.
Apply thin coats with a brush and allow to dry between coats. Depending on the paper used, cracking effects can be achieved with a second coat, which should be sealed with a top coat to prevent peeling. It can even be used as a glue to glue skeleton leaves etc to paper!
Can be buffed with a soft cloth when dry.
